1) Flatten the bottle cap with pliers, in two places, directly across from each other
2) Poke holes in those flattened spots with the nail/hammer. Try to get as close to the edge as possible

3) Attach O-Ring to one hole
4) Attach swivel to other

5) Drop 2 shot weights into cap, and squeeze closed
6) Cut para-cord to about 1.5 inches & pull out the inside
7) start to fray out one side of the para-cord
8) Slide over treble hook, so frayed side covers the hooks

9) Use your lighter to heat up the area at the top of the hook/para-cord. The para-cord will melt and adhere itself (very well) to the hook
10) attach the hook to the O-ring
